Too good to be true by Prajakta Kohli Book summary

Too good to be true by Prajakta Kohli. This book is too hyped right now. I was too excited about this book and I read it, so I will share all the details with youwhetherher this book is good or not and what's the hype. First, let's know the summary of this b, book and then we will talk about this book.

This is the story of Aman and Avni. Aman is a rich, successful businessman, and Avni is a college student who studies law and does a part-time job at a bookstore. For her, her friends are everything. She doesn't live with her parents. She used to live with her grandmother, and since childhood, she has been living with her.

She comes to Mumbai for her studies and goes to collegee and has a part-time job at a bookstore which belongs to her friend Riya — I mean it belongs to Riya's parents. So she works there.

Oneday, Aman comes there to buy a book. Aman was a very handsome boy, and as soon as Avsawees him, Avngotts a crush on him and was desperate to talk to him. But Aman takes the book and leaves. The next day, he comes again. This happens for three days — Aman comes to that bookstore back to back.

When Aman came on the first day and went away, Avni thought that maybe they would never see him again and didn't know when they would be able to meet him. She was very tense. But then Aman started coming again and again.

Eventually, Avni and Aman talk. When Aman asks for Avni's number, she denies. Aman Lea, Ves and then there is no trace of him for about seven to fourteen days. Avni feels that she should have given her number.

Avni takes out a number from the register where Aman had got his book issued. She texts him, but there is no reply. Avni thinks Aman is ignoring her. But Aman comes to the store again, and they have a lot of conversation.

Her friends help Avni talk to Aman, and then they decide to go for dinner. Avni tells Aman about the text she sent, but he says that the umnumberas not his. It belonged to someone else. Avni feels very embarrassed. But they start meeting again. A strong relationship forms between them.

Aman tells Avni everything about himself and introduces her to his friends, and then informs his parents that he has met a girl. A stronger relationship develops. Aman takes Avni to his parents' home in Mussoorie for their wedding anniversary. There, Avni meets his brother and parents.

His parents were very nice and welcomed her. But Gagan, Aman's brother, did not like Avni. Aman's earlier girlfriends had hurt him a lot, so Gagan was too protective.

Gagan goes to Avni and tells her to enjoy the party and then leave. Avni gets a big shock. She doesn’t tell this to Aman because she doesn’t want to spoil his mood. But during the party, Gagan embarrasses her again.

He talks rudely, and Aman talks to Gagan. Aman gets very angry that Gagan is talking to his girlfriend like that. Gagan says things that raise doubts in Aman's mind — like whether Avni shares everything with him, what her parents do, and who they are. Aman realises Avni has not told him anything.

Aman talks rudely to Avni. He goes to his room, and she cries. Aman feels he did wrong and goes to her, but he sees that she shares everything with her friends, not him. He gets more annoyed and insists she tell him about her parents. Avni tells Aman that her parents died in an accident. She was raised by her grandmother. Her parents got divorced in her childhood. She lives with her grandmother. She tells everything about herself.

Aman feels guilty after hearing this, but Avni goes home. She hasn’t met Aman for many months. Then she heals herself. She takes therapy and completes her studies. On graduation day, all her friends came to her college.

Her grandmother also comes. Aman also comes. When Avni sees Aman, she takes him outside. They talk. Avni asks where he was all this time. Aman says he was giving her space and was meeting her friend daily. They patch up, and the story ends there.

I read Too Good to Be True. I was too excited and had a lot of expectations, but I’m very disappointed. I’m regretting it because I did not like this book. There is nothing special. I did not find it interesting. There is a girl, Avni, who is crazy about you. She is obsessed. I did not like that because I dodon’t likehen the female lead is not strong.

So that was the reason why I didn’t like this book so much. I didn’t like this book at all. And the story is like a girl likes a boy and runs after him, then they fall in love, then they fight and patch up — story ends. I liked the last 10 to 12 pages of this book. The rest I didn’t like.

Those pages were exciting, and had some thrill. Another thing I didn’t like was that Aman takes Avni to his house, insults her, says anything without knowing, and even then whenn Avni sees Aman again, she follows him. The,n when Aman says sorry, Avni agrees. Avni was okay with it. This is the author’s first book, so it’s okay. So this was today’s book summary.
