The Healing Power of Hado

The Healing Power of Hado by Toyoko Matsuzaki Book Summary

Friends, have you ever experienced times when you feel unwell, yet you can't understand the reason? Or do you try to remain positive, yet still feel low on energy? Or do you feel heavy around certain people, as if their mood has been transferred to you? Or do you sometimes feel a negative vibe lingering in the air?We all go through moments when everything seems normal, but deep inside, we feel disturbed, tired, or emotionally drained.

Tokoyo Matsusaki says these aren't just emotions. They're vibrations, and every emotion, every thought, generates a frequency, a hardo. Her book, *The Healing Power of hardo*, teaches us that we can change our environment, our health, and even our destiny through our thoughts and emotions. So, let's share a summary of this book today.

Part One: The Hidden World of Vibration. When Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto observed water molecules under a microscope, he noticed something magical. He wrote different words on the water: love, peace, hate, and anger. He then froze the water crystals and observed them.

The water containing love formed beautiful snowflake crystals, while the water containing hate formed distorted broken patterns. Tokoyo Matsusagi further explained this concept: everything is a vibration. Our words, our thoughts, our attitudes—all of them create an invisible energy field, and this energy is called hardo. Hardo means wave motion or frequency that heals us, and every person carries their own hardo field.

Part number two: What is hardo and how it works. Tokoyo Matsusagi says, "Your mind is an antenna. It receives and transmits vibrations." When we feel positive—gratitude, joy, love, or peace—we vibrate at a high frequency. However, when we live in guilt, anger, jealousy, or fear, our frequency drops.

This is why being around some people brings peace, while being around others increases stress because their psyche impacts ours. Every emotion is a vibration, and vibrations attract similar vibrations. Consider this: if we consciously change our frequency, we can change the circumstances of our lives.

Now let's move on to part three, titled "The Emotional Mirror." We often wonder, "Why do negative things happen to me?" "Why do I always meet toxic people?" Tokio says, "The outside world mirrors your inner vibration." This means that the outside world reflects your inner vibration. If we carry anger, guilt, or insecurity within, the Universe sends us reflections, situations, and people who embody that same form. But when we shift our inner vibration, the outer world begins to heal automatically.

Part Number Four: The Healing Power of Words. Tokio writes, "Words are energy capsules." When we speak, we send vibrations through our words. That's why she writes, "Use your words carefully," because "thank you" and "I hate this" create different vibrations. Even a simple "thank you" creates a high-frequency wave that uplifts both your environment and your health. She even talks about how water, which makes up 70% of our body, absorbs our emotions. So, if we change our emotions, we can literally heal our cells.

Part Five: Hardo and Self-Healing. Tokoyo shares her own experiences. When she was going through illness and depression, she began practicing Hardo Healing. Every day, she would write gratitude, speak positive affirmations, and tell herself, "I am light, I am love, I am healed."

After a few months, her health reports began to change. She wrote, "The moment I changed my vibration, my body began to listen." This means, "The moment I changed my vibration, my body began to listen." This doesn't mean we should ignore medicine, but if we heal our thoughts, our body also begins to cooperate with that vibration.

Part Six: How to Raise Your Hardo. Here, Toko Matsuki offers some simple yet powerful methods. Start your day with gratitude. As soon as you wake up in the morning, say thank you for this new day. This simple line uplifts your entire vibration. Speak love-filled words. Speak lovingly to yourself.

Don't say I'm useless, say I'm growing every day. Charge your water with intention. Write "Love" or "Peace" on your glass of water. Then drink it with love and gratitude. Let go of negative emotions. Anger, guilt, and resentment create low hydration.

Release them and move forward with forgiveness. Surround yourself with beauty, nature, music, fragrance, and light. These are all high hydration frequencies. Meditate on vibration. Sit quietly and imagine a wave of light circulating within you, healing every cell.

Now let's talk about Part Seven: The Ripple Effect of Your Energy. Tokio says, "When your vibration rises, people around you begin to heal." This means that when your vibration rises, those around you begin to heal. You don't need to control others to change your environment. Just change your hardo and increase it. Your peace, your smile, your sexual energy will automatically create a reel. This is the real healing power of hardo.

So friends, Tokoyo Matsusaki's The Healing Power of Hardo teaches us that we are not just bodies. We are moving vibrations. And when we tune our vibrations to love and gratitude, life automatically becomes magical. So next time life feels heavy, remember that hardo can heal. Raise your vibration and you will raise your life.
